Our Maintenance Package includes:

• Clean evaporator coil in place (light brush down with in place cleaner)
• Clean condenser coil (wash down with cleaner)
• Clean any washable filters with cleaner, change filters provided by customer
• Flush or blow out drain line
• Check Freon pressures
• Check all electrical connections
• Check all capacitors
• Check all contactors, relays, and circuit boards
• Check thermostats
• Check zone systems
• Check all amp draws on blower motors, condenser fan motors, and compressor
